RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at UKGOBUY. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a **30-day return policy**, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your UKGOBUY order number).

2. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us first at **info@ukgobuy.co** to obtain return approval. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- **Return Shipping Fee:** For remorse returns (e.g., you changed your mind, bought the wrong size/item), the customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Royal Mail).
- **Restocking Fees:** We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
- **Defective / Damaged Items:** If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement/full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The only items that cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons are:
- Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products (if the seal is broken).
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Gift cards.

*(Please note: Regular sale items and promotional items are eligible for returns within our standard 30-day window, provided they meet the return conditions in Section 1).*

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or contact us at info@ukgobuy.co to arrange a direct exchange within 30 days.

6. UK Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. The item must still meet our standard return conditions (original packaging, unused, with tags).

7. Refunds Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.

- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within **5–7 business days**.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional **3–5 business days** to post the refund to your account.
