Thank you for shopping at UKGOBUY. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. 30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. How to Return an Item

- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damages, Defects or Wrong Item Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible (replacement or full refund).
4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items (unless faulty or defective)
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants etc.)
- Personal care / beauty / hygiene products (for health reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
5. Exchanges We accept exchanges for the same item. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@ukgobuy.co within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
6. UK & European Union Customers Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason from the day you receive the goods. The same conditions above apply (original condition, tags, packaging). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please allow additional time (up to 10 business days) for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
- If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@ukgobuy.co.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
