Thank you for shopping at UKGOBUY. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our UK warehouse in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on Fridays or at weekends will begin processing on the next working day.

2. UK Delivery We use Royal Mail 24-48 service. Once dispatched, delivery to UK mainland addresses usually takes 1–3 business days (including processing time). These are estimated times and are not guaranteed.

3. International Delivery We ship to selected international destinations using Royal Mail International Tracked.

  • Processing + Delivery: Usually 7–14 business days from dispatch.
  • We aim to dispatch international orders within 7 business days of payment confirmation.

International shipping times vary by destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. Tracking number will be provided.

4. Shipping Costs

  • UK mainland: Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • International: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout (depends on weight and destination).

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

6. Customs & Additional Fees (International Orders) International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. UKGOBUY is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
