Thank you for shopping at UKGOBUY. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our UK warehouse and operations base in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire (WD6 2QP).

1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- **Order Cut-off Time:** 14:00 (2:00 PM) GMT (London Time). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day.
- **Handling Time:** 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). All orders are packed and ready for the carrier within 1 working day.

2. UK Domestic Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK mainland orders. We partner with Royal Mail for domestic deliveries.
- **Transit Time:** 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- **Total Estimated Delivery Time:** 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.
- **Shipping Cost:** FREE on all orders.

*Please note: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.*

 3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

4. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before placing your order. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at info@ukgobuy.co. We cannot change the delivery address once the shipment has been handed over to Royal Mail.
